Mangiatorella Water.
The Prestige of an Enduring Italian Tradition
For over a century, Mangiatorella Water has embodied the essence of Italian heritage. Its story begins in 1904, when a well-known former general and Calabrian deputy chose to bottle the water directly at its source, giving life to a tradition that still stands today.
Naturally Healthy. Precious. Unique.
The beneficial properties of Mangiatorella Water were discovered more than two centuries ago. Pilgrims and travelers visited the spring seeking relief from various ailments, drawn by the reputation of its naturally pure and gentle composition.
The first to fully understand and promote its value was Achille Fazzari, a Calabrian politician and deputy. After personally benefiting from the water, he established one of the earliest bottling facilities in 1904 within a historic building near the spring.
Thanks to Fazzari’s vision, Mangiatorella Water soon gained recognition among distinguished figures, as well as respected doctors and specialists—such as Professor Gauthier from the Hygiene Institute of the University of Naples—who confirmed its beneficial qualities.
A Reputation That Reached all of Italy
From its origins in Calabria, the fame of Mangiatorella Water quickly spread throughout the country, becoming one of the most appreciated natural waters in Italy. Today, it continues to be celebrated for its purity, its history, and its unmistakable identity—an authentic expression of Italian tradition.
